Haeundae Japanese seafood course dining
A long-running pufferfish soup house in Jung-dong, Haeundae, and the Busan benchmark for the dish since its Michelin Selected listing. It opens 24 hours year-round and has its own lot, valet, and takeaway, which fits a first meal in Haeundae, a late-night bowl, or a drive-in meal with parents.
The choice is silver, milk, magpie, or live pufferfish, served either as clear jiri or spicy maeuntang. The clear version is light and clean enough for a morning bowl, while the spicy one suits anyone who wants more edge in the broth.
Silver pufferfish soup is KRW 15,000, milk KRW 22,000, magpie KRW 23,000, and live pufferfish KRW 50,000. Fried pufferfish skin and a chilled pufferfish salad can be added, so a solo diner can stay with one bowl while two or more widen the table with sides.
Weekend lunches and travel peaks bring a wait. The lot exists, but valet queues and entry backups build at busy hours. The ground-floor soup counter handles solo diners, early breakfasts, and late meals, while the course side covers family meals and older guests.
