만호갈미샤브샤브
Gangseo steamed or grilled seafood
A galmi clam shabu-shabu specialist on Renault Samsung-daero in Myeongji, Gangseo-gu. Parking is available, which fits a meal reached by car.
The small clam shabu-shabu is KRW 50,000 and kalguksu noodles are KRW 2,000. The clams come from the Nakdong estuary and are dipped briefly in the broth, which keeps them tender while the stock turns clean and bracing.
Eat the clams and vegetables first, then carry the broth through with kalguksu noodles or fried rice at the end. Grilled galmi clams and a samhap plate are also on the board for anyone who wants the clams in a stronger form.
It suits a table of clean shellfish in Myeongji when grilled meat is not the plan. The room is wide and parking works, so it holds up for a meal with parents, a family dinner, or a break during a drive around Gangseo-gu.
