Dong-gu seafood soups and set meals known for spicy stir-fried octopus
A spicy stir-fried octopus specialist beside Jeonggongdan in Beomil-dong, running since 1993. Parking, reservations, and takeaway are all available, and it appeared in the Busan episode of the Japanese series Kodoku no Gurume.
Vegetables go down first, then octopus, garlic and sauce on top. It is not hot so much as well seasoned and slightly sweet, which makes it easy for anyone in the group who finds sharp heat difficult.
Stir-fried octopus is around KRW 11,000, with nakgopsae adding intestines and shrimp, and a seafood yeonpotang as the other signature. It works as a bowl mixed into rice, and a larger group can widen the meal with the yeonpotang.
