Yeongdo oyster cooking with clean oyster gukbap and a satisfying oyster pancake
An oyster-focused Korean restaurant on the Dongsam-dong side of Yeongdo, easy to attach to Korea Maritime & Ocean University or the National Maritime Museum. There is an on-site parking area up the slope from the restaurant.
The oyster gukbap is clean and warm without pushing the oyster aroma too hard, which makes it comfortable for breakfast or lunch. Bean-sprout gukbap and makguksu keep the table flexible.
If one bowl feels too simple, add the oyster pancake. It carries large pieces of oyster and gives the meal a more local Yeongdo seafood-table feeling. This is a strong choice when you want warm Korean seafood instead of raw fish.
