Gwangalli dessert room for Saint-Honore, mille-feuille, and seasonal cakes

About

A second-floor dessert shop near Gwangalli Beach, now a serious dessert stop instead of a simple bakery. It does not focus on coffee; the table is more about tea, baked sweets, and seasonal plated desserts. It moved up to a larger second-floor space, and a Busan episode on the YouTube channel of chef Yun Nam-no of Netflix Culinary Class Wars pushed the wait longer.

Saint-Honore is the signature, with caramelized choux and layered creams. Seasonal tarts, mille-feuille, financiers, madeleines, and caneles make this one of the more refined Gwangalli dessert stops.

Order from this shortlist: Saint-Honore KRW 9,500 · Blueberry Nights KRW 9,700 · Mille-feuille from KRW 9,500 · Financiers from KRW 3,700 · Canele KRW 2,800. Seasonal dishes come and go, and the counter board has the final word.

What sets it apart: Gwangalli dessert room for Saint-Honore, mille-feuille, and seasonal cakes.
